• With persistent high-risk HPV infection, the virus oncogenes E6/E7 DNA fragments integrate into the host cell genome. Through transcription, E6/E7 mRNA is abundantly expressed to translate and synthesize the E6/E7 cancer protein, causing cervical epithelial cell lesions and cancer.™
• A nucleic acid hybridization signal amplification detection technology.
• No need for target extraction and amplification, suitable for molecular detection of DNA and RNA.
