The TDH-500 in situ hybridization instrument can automatically complete the denaturation and hybridization process according to the experimenter's settings. The TDH-500 in situ hybridization system can process 12 slides at a time. The fully sealed upper cover design and fully automatic humidification method ensure the ideal temperature and humidity, and the slides are easy to take out or put in by hand. The touch screen can be used to easily and quickly edit user-defined programs and 4 operating modes: denaturation/hybridization, fixed temperature hybridization, in-situ PCR experiment (In-situPCR) and custom mode.
